Green Property Development Company was founded in 2019. The company started its first project with the "Azatutyun" multifunctional complex. Despite the pandemic, restrictions and other challenges of the times, the company was able to fulfill its goal with honor and started to create real value in the city of Yerevan. Our development partners include: Artcar Development (USA), First Mortgage Company (Armenia, USA), Ameriabank (Armenia), Global Capital Investment Fund (USA).
