Founded in 2019, Green Property Development is the developer behind Azatutyun Multifunctional Complex. As its first project, Azatutyun marked the developer’s entry into the market and, despite the pandemic, restrictions, and other challenges of the period, the company successfully fulfilled its commitment and began creating real value for the city of Yerevan.
