The architectural solutions of Azatutyun Multifunctional Complex have been developed with careful consideration of the surrounding environment, ensuring a balanced composition of scale, volume, and materials.
Azatutyun continues the architectural logic and historical rhythm of the avenue. The project was created based on an in-depth study of the site, with a concept centered on valuing the past and reinterpreting it through a contemporary perspective.
Azatutyun Avenue is characterized by its arches, as well as the use of red and orange tuff. The architectural solutions of the complex’s first four floors are built as a continuation of this visual and cultural language.
The arches, tuff, and modular structure have been reimagined through a modern approach, creating a harmonious dialogue between past and present.
The complex has been designed with exceptional, contemporary, and innovative structural solutions, supported by a foundation with the highest seismic resistance rating of 9+.
The complex consists of two buildings with a clear functional division: residential and public/commercial.
From Azatutyun Avenue, the structure rises to 18 floors. Of the 18 floors in the residential building, 3 floors are dedicated to public and commercial spaces, intended for showrooms, restaurants, cafés, and other leisure formats.
The second, smaller building consists of 9 floors and will serve entirely as commercial infrastructure, primarily intended for office spaces.
